Tracy served as pro bono counsel for a number of organizations in the Jacksonville area, including the Fourth Judicial Circuit Guardian Ad Litem Office, Jacksonville Legal Aid, and Jewish Family Services. She also served as a Board Member of the Environmental Resource Council.  Tracy has remained active in her adopted town of Buffalo, Wyoming, and volunteered with the Empty Bowl Project for the Bread of Life Food Pantry, which has since been discontinued, and is President of the Dan Carlat-Occidental Jam Memorial Scholarship Fund and a Board Member for the Kearney Community Hall Restoration Project.
